Our Delivery & Shipping Information

We send orders out in the Royal Mail and orders over the value of £50 will be sent by the Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ service. Orders which weigh over 5kg will be sent via courier, we will email you with details of the courier details and tracking number.

Most UK orders over £35 qualify for free delivery and go out within 3-5 working days of receipt (often sooner). If you need your order sooner than that, we can probably help – just send us an email at contact@thegivingnature.com.

Products are offered subject to availability and sometimes we omit items if they’ve been discontinued or are temporarily unavailable. If you’d prefer that we don’t do this, let us know when you place your order. We can also usually suggest some substitutes.  Some orders may take up to 7 days; if this is the case, we will contact you.

Delivery of Products

Our delivery charge within the UK.

  • Royal Mail £3.99
  • DPD £6.99 

Delivery to Northern Ireland/Northern Scotland is £13.99 and Scottish Isles is £17.99.

Once your order has been collected from us you will receive a confirmation email from us letting you know that the delivery is on its way. Please note that parcels are only delivered Monday to Friday, not on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Free Delivery

Delivery is FREE on the UK Mainland orders over £35. Please note that this free delivery threshold is subject to change at the discretion of the business.

  1. c)If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.
  2. d)If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
  3. e)Please take care when opening parcels with a knife or other sharp object as this may pierce the products within and any products inadvertently opened in this manner will not be eligible for exchange or refund. We recommend removing the tape on the box by hand.
